"Frustrating experience. On two separate appointments, the doctor was not available despite me having an appointment, meaning I had to come back to be evaluated. I didn't get the appointment payment for the second visit, and then on the third visit no one showed up at the time of my appointment because the Dr called out an no one notified anyone. I didn't even get my transportation funded for that despite me being the only one on time to my appointment. I feel like I was the only one bearing the punishment for nothing I did wrong. Quit the study, I don't need people wasting my time and then not compensating me for it. The staff I did get to meet were great. If you live close by and have no problem being called back in to finish things, you won't have the issues I am having, but I lost hours to these people and was only paid for 1 visit out of 3."

The staff was friendly, if busy and a little frenetic (it's COVID times after all - no surprise), everyone was very willing to answer questions, and things moved pretty quickly once I was done with intake. Will be heading back for more study check ins soon, and certainly hope the experience is similar."
