"Perfect place for an overnight stay that's not only clean but affordable and not in downtown Pittsburgh. Staff is very friendly and courteous. This is definitely a place to keep in mind so you don't have to research for hours to find a decent place to stay. There are numerous locations for shopping and eating within walking distance."

"Best hotel in the area. A little pricier than the others but totally worth it. Rooms are huge with plenty of space, staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast in the morning was delicious and at the perfect temp (eggs and bacon were hot but milk was nice and cold), couldn't hear neighbors, didn't feel spied on or creeped out, felt homier than most places we've stayed at in the area. The lobby was huge and my family was able to come by and enjoyed lunch they brought and played some card games together. The pool was available and clean, though we never used it. I grew up in the area and know the mall has gone down hill since it was built which is why the location only got 4 stars. Also a little odd but when we checked in it said our bill was $800 total (5 nights in a King suite) but when we checked out we asked for a receipt and it said $691 - I'm grateful it wasn't the other way around but definitely ask for a receipt."

"Very clean and well kept. We checked in for a wedding, but we had missed the block discount. Unprompted the front desk woman adjusted our price to give us the group discount. She was so kind and friendly and said “use that money for Christmas”"

"I often try to stay at Marriott properties when I travel. This place was neither horrible nor great. In my opinion, you to appears to be in the need of a remodel. Some things like a working ice machine could not be found. All the windows I observe to end both my room and the hallway were fogged over as all of their seals were now compromised. The room was clean, but again, and the need of a remodel. The room was certainly tolerable but the overall appearance of this property was a bit rundown. I did partake in the free breakfast, and it had the typical offerings. I would stay here again in a pinch but I enjoy staying at the nicer locations."

"Our bridal party and my husband and I all stayed at our venue, but we had a room block here for our guests. They gave us a great price and I heard nothing but good things about the rooms. They had a change in sales managers during our planning time and their new in-house sales manager Katie was great to work with. She was always super responsive and helpful with providing me updated lists and helping me to coordinate communications and signage for the shuttle we booked for our guests."
