Perry O Inn & Suites

"In a time where it is easy to go stay in a big chain hotel, I try to make it a point to support local business when possible. I feel like the mission was accomplished on this stay. We were welcomed heartily, very late in the evening by the staff; had a peaceful and quiet night, and an easy commute north and south of here in the morning. If you're willing to look past the small challenges that any privately owned establishment might face, you'll find the same, I imagine. Will certainly be back here to stay the next time we were in the area, going to check out one of the Suites next. Truly a positive experience all the way around. Any issues were met immediately and handled appropriately by the staff, and they could not have been more accommodating for our needs of multiple rooms for the evening."

"Is cheap. 3 days later my back is still killing me from sleeping on that bed. Too hard for me. I've been to other cheapest hotels but they were much nicer and comfier."

"Listen, I love this place! Not only is it the most affordable but the owners are super nice too! I've traveled across the country several times with my husband and have stayed at alot of different establishments . Usually the owners aren't very friendly, I've only encountered one other place where the owners made me feel really good and have gone out of there way to be nice. My husband and I are looking for a place to live out here so we decided to stay here while we find a place.If you are on a budget and this in your price range, hands down I would recommend the Perry-o Inn and suites. I just wish they allowed pets(even for a fee) I would be able to stay longer if they did. Btw no bugs at all in the rooms!"

"While the customer service was great and the room very clean (even the floor!), the mattress was only little better than the floor (hardness wise) and was a double (not a queen). Plus, the fridge didn't work. Minor-ish thing: the seal on the shampoo had been broken, so I decided to just take it with since it smelled okay - and didn't want someone to notice and waste the whole thing. Oh, and it's right off 51, so if you don't have the fan on, you'll hear traffic. And while walls aren't so thin you can hear every word, you can still hear the sound. And fellow travelers who are up at 5:30 am outside your door and talking. The price is really reasonable and the customer service good, but if we go this way again, the lack of sleep and aching bodies just won't let us stay again."

"The experience was so great we came back. We stayed here a couple days a few months ago and instead of going to the Hilton...we came back to the perry o.. the service and the privacy are just what we love. The owners are accommodating if you need something they can help. I am already enjoying my second time here at the Perry O you have to come here!"
