"The two biggest problems was the intermittent hot water. When we arrived the hot water worked fine, but later on that evening there was none despite running the water for 10 minutes. It was the same the next morning and I didn't enjoy the cold shower. The second problem was a window opposite the bed had only white horizontal blinds and no blackout curtains. In the early morning the sun shines right on the bed. We didn't like having to get up that early since we were on vacation. There were some other minor issues, but these two issues meant we couldn't stay the second night we were booked for, so we had to eat the cost of the second night."

"Absolutely great place for family reunion, shower, etc. Very spacious and woodwork gorgeous. We had such a fun time. There were 8 of us and everything we needed, except food, was provided, although a voucher was given for breakfast. Place was spotless. Hope to get back. It's walking distance to Allegheny College in Meadville, PA-which is a lovely, friendly small town."

"Room was great!, I chose the garden flats room... the living room, large bedroom, and kitchen made me feel at home. The full bath was large and very clean, I wasn't expecting a washer and dryer but it was there, as well as a dishwasher. This room had everything! Can't wait to stay during the warmer months when the pool is open. 10/10 would stay again!"

"I stay here whenever I'm in the area visiting my daughter who attends college nearby. Lovely place with several rooms with an extra twin bed so my daughter could stay with us. Sherry recently added the Carriage House, which is also lovely - wood panelled throughout, wood ceilings, spacious bedrooms and renovated bathrooms. The Carriage House is set back from the road, so is very quiet. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!"
