"The receptionists are AMAZING. Dr. Cooper though… wouldn’t recommend him to anyone for anything. I have seen quite a few surgeons this week..trying to find the right one for my ac joint reconstruction . I am a young female athlete … letting an injury heal incorrectly is not what I want to do.. though that was his suggestion and to not be so concerned about the cosmetic side of things.. (I do not want to look at my clavicle being totally separated from my shoulder for the rest of my life) he mocked my opinion there and clearly was displeased that I wanted to go that route instead of waiting and allowing it to heal the way it is. I WALKED OUT of this appointment. Dr cooper not only spoke to me in one of the most condescending and belittling tones I’ve ever heard but also continued this p*as poor attitude outside of the room door to the people behind the desk. I heard every word. I was not comfortable at all. And he was beyond unprofessional. I asked the X-ray tech to escort me to the check out. Absolutely horrible bedside manner and professionalism displayed by this surgeon."
