"They were wonderful and more then friendly until my last appointment when I was left in an exam room for 30 minutes with no information. All of the office staff were in a room down the hallway chatting away so when I got fed up and poked my head out to find out when the doc would be seeing me, I was told he was running late and hadn't arrived yet. So I left because I had to get to work. Now they won't give me an appointment and I am told they can put me on the cancelation list as they say they are booked up till November in all of thier offices and don't have a December calendar yet."

"GNI has the worst patient/customer service. The doctor may be friendly onsite but that’s after you can finally get through to someone and make an appointment (6 months out). Afterwards, No one answers or returns your calls regardless of the location you call (it’s a centralized phone line). Good luck getting your prescriptions on time or ever! Even the pharmacy is annoyed with GNI! Find a new doctor’s office ASAP that actually helps patients."
