"I wanted them to fix the nerves in my leg not give me more meds. If they could not fix it they should have told me."
"My experience with Dr. Buono and his staff (Jacob, Melissa and Meg) was exceptional! They effectively helped to get through the surgical pre-authorization process and kept me in the loop along the way. As indicated, the surgery was brief and effective, and recovery was very well explained. I would enthusiastically recommend!"
"If there is zero star, I would give this place a zero. The service is NOT COMPLIANT. For all new patients out there, please be aware, this practice will charge you as their so called "standard new patients billing" which they will use CPT code 99205 for all NEW patients, regardless of patient's condition. Please note, code 99205 is for complex services (incl. reading complex charts, complex diagnosis) and it is for 60-74 min of visits. Their billing office admit, it's their "standard charge" for ALL new patients using 99205 code (i.e., for 60-74 min of service), regardless of how long you are actually seeing the doctor, even if you only see the doctor for 20 min. What this means is, my fellow new patients, they are over charge you without your taking a notice. Then they will dismiss your inquiry easily because most patient doesn't have the knowledge of various health care billing codes. So the office here knowingly bills ALL patients the max amount of the time regardless of level of service and the length of the visits. This is wrong, so wrong. They are deceitful, dishonest, and their practice is UNCOMPLIANT."
"As a new patient it would be helpful to be made aware that the office is in the hospital, that parking is terrible, that once inside you need to locate the blue elevators and find your way to 456. All of this information could easily be printed on new patient packet of forms they sent to my house. I imagine sky rocketing blood pressure is not ideal prior to a neurological appointment."
"Note that parking is bad here, if you don't do valet, takes at least 15 minutes to find a spot; then it takes about 10 minutes to walk through the building, which is a large hospital. The desk staff and the doctor were extremely understanding and helpful, and I had a great experience (after finding my way around)."
