"I would give zero star if that was possible! Save your time and money and choose a real school whose staff speak ENGLISH. I will be contacting better business bureau and make a formal complaint as well. I have been trying to get in touch with this school and get some information for one of my clients. After 2 days of unanswered emails and 6 unanswered phone calls somebody finally picked up the phone around noon, she did BARELY speak english, reminding you this is an institute who charges people to teach english, asked me 3 times for my phone number. After waiting 4 hours and multiple more attempts of getting hold of them somebody called me from another phone number and first things came out of her mouth was YOU CALLED ME?” I did not call a person, I tried to call a professional entity. I ask her who she was because I didn't recognize the phone number and she gives me only her name, no company name, nothing. Long story short Manager picks up the phone who is far worse RUDE! I tried to explain him my frustration he tries to hang up on me. 10 minutes later he writes me a nasty email. This place is pure unprofessional, rude, ignorant and I will not get into their racial segregation. (on his email he makes racial comments towards me where this place is suppose to be standing for DIVERSITY) They call themselves a service provider but their office clearly does not have a single bit of customer service. If I am calling a business who call themselves ENGLISH TEACHING INSTITUTE in USA I have every right to expect the person to speak ENGLISH. I wasted my time, you don't. Have a wonderful day :)"
