"I’ve been to many nail salons throughout my years of getting my nails done and I think that I’ve found the one!!! Not only is the staff extremely welcoming, but the space is beautiful, the drinks are yummy, and I loved everything about my nails! A huge plus was that the cost was half of what I used to pay at other salons and I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort during my appointment. Most nail salons aren’t gentle or attentive to their clients and my artist (Karen, who was amazing!) was constantly checking in on me when she was fixing a split nail and making sure I was satisfied with my shape and polish. Those little details make the biggest difference. Extremely satisfied with my experience today! :)"

"Natural nails beware. It's a GORGEOUS space, but my visits are so inconsistent, I'm left wondering if all of the staff are licensed. I went in for a pedicure and left with a big toenail that was cut far below where it was supposed to be. Further, the nail polish was applied in such a messy fashion that I was left wondering how this pedicure could seriously be $48.00. When I addressed my concerns with the front desk, she was understanding, but I was still partially charged for the service and offered a discount for a future visit. I couldn't wear my shoes of choice for my event because my right toe nail looks awful and it continues to hurt because it was cut so low and anything that brushes against it causes pain. All this said, I'm hopeful the place can get it together, but the bottom line is putting customers in harm's way for training purposes, not informing customers that they are working with trainees, and not verifying the trainees are truly ready to be working is wrong. "Pros: the space is large, beautiful, and bright. The service attitude of the staff is very attentive. Cons: because this location is new, some staff were still being trained which is understandable. Unfortunately, my gel nails started to chip and the layers began separating along the edges after 2 days. I notice they use a (in house?) brand of gel polish in plain white bottles. I am not a fan of the formula, it is very brittle and I have never experienced this type of separation before. It was fun to experience a new shop but I will be returning to my regular place."
