"Before I start, I would like to make it clear I am a young person who knows nothing about filling taxes and was honestly shocked at how rude "Leslie" was on the phone to me just now. I called to see if I was able to get a quote on how much it would typically cost if I went there to file. Off the bat she was extremely short and seemed as if she was annoyed I had called. She said no she couldn't because of the papers which I understand there are different income ranges. I then went on to ask "I've never had my taxes done other than turbo tax but would it be more with having a 1099 as well as a W2 and her response was "uh ya"... I saw a lot of great reviews for this place and was completely shocked and unhappy by this call....She did not even offer for me to set up an appointment or to do any business with me. She just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as she could."
