"Terrible customer service. I was told my taxes would be filed in a couple days it took almost a month. During this time I setup a phone appointment to talk to someone about why it was taking so long and when I can expect then to be filed I never received my phone call and a week later I received an email saying that my signature was needed to complete my filing. After this I was called everyday sometimes multiple times a day for me to come and sign and pay the fee. I find it ridiculous that I was ignored when I needed help and setup an appointment but when my payment was wanted there was someone to continuously call me. I also asked to use direct deposit but instead I have to wait weeks for checks to be mailed so I was ignored there as well."

"Tried to make an appointment to file my taxes at this office, but male associate I spoke to was very rude. He sounded annoyed when he needed to repeat the times he was available to file. Then he responded condescendingly when I said I was only bringing in my W2 forms. He made it seem like I should be bringing in more documents and I was dumb for not knowing. Imagine having to sit an hour with this guy talking down to you. No thanks. I’ll schedule an appointment somewhere else."

"Rehab was so nice and helpful when helping me file my taxes. She made me feel as ease and was so quick with getting everything completed quickly. I was so lucky to have her help. I would reccomend asking for her help."

"Website and door says walk ins, but when I walked in the lady at the desk said they don't do walk ins. I questioned the sign and she snottily answered well, we are too busy so that shouldn't be up there on the door. Do you want to make an appointment or not? So I left and went to Jackson Hewitt. Much friendlier and convenient."
