"My eye doctor of over 30 years sold his practice to this entity. I attempted to schedule an appointment on 4 separate occasions only to leave a message on their answering machine each time with no follow up from the staff. out of frustration, I drove over to the main location to request my medical records so I could find an optometrist closer to home. I must say the staff here were the absolute rudest I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I understand why my calls were never returned. The "receptionist" allowed that phone to ring and ring and ring while I was in the office and she also made me stand there while she finished her computer work before asking the purpose of my visit. The staff were curt, rude and snotty. They know nothing of customer service. I wouldn't go here if all my future visits and prescriptions were offered for free! Awful awful awful"
