"I ordered a fruit arrangement for my husband. They delivered in time but the quality of the products was very poor. The strawberries were very small and went bad the very next day. I can't believe they charged me almost $70.00 for just a few small low quality strawberries!"

"The purpose of ordering from Edible Arrangements was so my wife would have a wonderful experience where a specially designed vehicle would pull up and someone would hand deliver a beautiful bouquet of flowers and fresh strawberries covered in chocolate with a lovely hand written note on cardstock. What I got was a driver that pulled up in their personal minivan dressed as if they are ready to relax on the sofa at home. I watched them pick up the flowers off the floor of the minivan and grab the strawberries off their seat. When they handed them over I noticed the flowers were wrapped poorly and were old and wilting. The chocolate on the strawberries had condensation on them because they were not kept at a cool temperature and the note was written on the receipt. This package cost $115. Needless to say Edible Arrangements will not receive any business from me or my wife in the future."
