Edible Arrangements

"We arrived close to close (without knowing it). The employees were courteous and patient and did not rush us. There were only 2 arrangements pre-made to choose from, but I'm sure that's bc we arrived late. The young ladies offered to customize the existing bouquet which was the perfect touch."

"I placed my order of a large confetti berry and chocolate bouquet for my Mother’s birthday on 8/4/2023. When I arrived to pick it up the staff was very nice. My order was ready on time. I had seen it sitting on the table in the back and noticed how one of the balloons were deflating but the staff handled it before bringing it out to me which I appreciated and that is the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars (along with the professional manager). When it comes to the actual product that I purchased I am highly upset and literally sick. Firstly, for $77 this bouquet was quite small to be a large and the quality of the strawberries was definitely not worth the money. After delivering them to my mother and she ate a few, she noticed after about an hour or so she was having stomach pains. We figured it was just possibly her stomach reacting to all the different food she had eaten. Then my sister had eaten a few and noticed that the strawberries did not taste fresh. The look of the them were kind of beat up and they definitely did not look like they were cleaned or even thoroughly rinsed because there was gritty residue at the top of the strawberry where it wasn’t covered by the chocolate. Within an hour or so she also had a stomachache. I eventually tried a few before bed and this morning woke up with an extreme stomachache and the business I had in the bathroom was not pleasant either. I am convinced that the strawberries are the source. I don’t know if it’s the strawberries or the chocolate or a mixture of both. I tried calling the store & finally got through to the manager. I explained everything to her and she did offer a refund for the product which I appreciate. I used to order edible arrangements a lot years ago and never had something like this happen. Unfortunately I will not order from any edible arrangements in the future."

"I placed an order that coordinated with this store. As the day went on, I was getting worried that they weren't going to deliver my order. I called the store (at first it was hard to get an answer, but then someone answered) and the person that picked up was very helpful and reassuring that the delivery was on transit. Soon after the order was delivered. The fruit was DELICIOUS and FRESH. The chocolate was amazing. I was very happy with the order and the service. Thank you !"
