"Clean, the stuff on the floor is great and helpful, decent selection (Europe Zara has 100x more and better selection), but at the check out, my experience was ruined completely. One guy that took care of me, never paid attention to us, over packed a paper bag, and it ripped, (thankfully I asked for another 2 before it ripped. ) and did not give even a standard customer service."
"Employees have no sense of urgency. The only urgency they have is to speak to each other about customers. Customer service is nonexistent. I waited almost 30 mins for a pickup order while about 10 employees walked by me. I work in the mall too so I get it but it’s not hard to do your job. You get paid for that."
