"Where do I begin. Originally scheduled an appointment for 9 am on a Friday, got there about five minutes early. At about 905 the tax person calls in so I am left with no service. Rescheduled for a Saturday and made it abundantly clear of my situation with itemized returns for two years with many receipts and other miscellaneous paperwork involved with this transaction. The receptionist scheduled me for a two hour block allegedly however when I got to my appointment today I was finally seen at 930. Then the tax person informs me that although I am paying for a service of itemizing taxes for a business I would have to do the work and I was only scheduled for an hour. This would only be half an hour due to there inability to keep there schedule aka incompetence. So in closing I would give this office a negative five star review if possible but that option doesn't exist. Hope this information helps anyone who has the desire or need to use these horrible and unprofessional people at this sight. Very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service and utter lack of punctuality and professionalism demonstrated here at this sight. I hope that one day you all can do better. However enlight of these two events I doubt it very much."
