"I have had 2 different preparers and the one who completed my return seemed to wait until the last minute to complete my return. I am currently working out of the country with the military, so it made it difficult to communicate with her or the office. The currenttax preparer took an inordinately long time to respond to questions when I sent them through the messaging system and I made sure to begin the return process early so that it was completed earlier, which did not happen due to response times of HRB."

"Submitted my tax information over a month ago and called to confirm refund info….the return hadn’t even been started and the deadline is Monday. Got them done at this location last year and everything went well…..was told a manager would be reaching out but have not heard anything..when I called back to try and confirm they would be done, Brittany rudely told me it wasn’t their problem and the manager was super busy. I’ve never been treated so rudely, especially considering I was trying to give repeat business."

"If you don’t want to be disappointed multiple times, go somewhere else. I was supposed to get my dad’s tax done here in March, the tax preparer Aurea Franklin canceled the first appointment, she then rescheduled it, then she no showed. She called me and said I could drop it off in their office and she will work on it, no response from here for almost 2 weeks, if I don’t call I won’t get any updates. When I finally got the chance to talk to her she told me that she will work on it, I was trying to voice out my frustrations since I went out of my way to get it fix but she told me to not give her an attitude. I was talking to her in nice way and she was rude and won’t let me talk. She should know better on how to handle upset customer, it’s her fault in the first place for canceling and not showing up. I then told her that I will have my dad’s tax prepared somewhere else and I will pick it up there. When I picked it up, I asked for the manager’s contact, she refused to give me her manager’s contact info so I called their corporate, the corporate was able to get hold of their manager Karen. Karen was able to assist and was so nice to me at first, she apologized for what Aurea did and PROMISE me that she will work on my dad’s tax the same day. I sent her all the info. After a week, I haven’t heard from her, left her a couple of voicemails, send her an email to follow up but no response. On the 3rd week she told me she’s gotten busy and will on it that day. I told her never mind and will do business somewhere else. AUREA AND KAREN ARE BOTH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. The frustration and stress these two ladies had put me and my dad through is unimaginable. It’s almost the end of tax season and this location failed multiple times."
