"Horrible experience working with this organization. It has been over 1 year since I submitted my sample, and I have still not received my results. Originally, my referral from my primary care doctor was misplaced by them; it took ~2 months to get things started, but I brushed that off. I sent in my sample in October '21, and I pretty much forgot that I even sent it in until a month or two ago. (it's now Nov '22 at the time of writing this). I have been calling them for weeks now, leaving a message on their automated system, as they do not have anyone actively taking calls, with nobody returning my call yet. I have received a bill for the genetic test, which I am refusing to even discuss until I receive my results. I was never counselled on what would be covered by insurance, what I would owe, etc. Then - I finally hear back from them. Turns out they tested me for the WRONG GENE. So now my process has to start all over again. I don't care what excuse they will give "covid has made things difficult, etc". Every industry has dealt with adversity over the last few years; these guys just haven't figured it out. Stay clear of this place."
