"I have been using Landmark Florist sometime now and I have always been impressed with the quality of their flowers, the affordable prices, and the great customer service. I recently ordered a bouquet of roses for my moms birthday and they were absolutely stunning. The flowers were fresh and vibrant, and they arrived on time and in perfect condition. I was also very impressed with the customer service. I called the shop to place my order and the woman I spoke to was very helpful and accommodating. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was happy with my selection. Which is quite rare among the flower shops near by. I would highly recommend Landmark Florist to anyone looking for beautiful flowers at an affordable price. They have a wide variety of flowers to choose from, and their employees are always happy to help you find the perfect arrangement. I have never been disappointed with their service, and I know that I can always count on them to deliver beautiful flowers on time. "I am at fault for not checking for reviews before ordering through them, as I was short on time and had to hurry. Let this be a lesson for others !. I had ordered the premium version of a bouquet for my fiancee through their website. Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself the difference between what is in the website and what got delivered. This is not the first time that I am ordering online with a florist, and I am well aware that things do not look as pretty as on the website and that you may have to substitute items in some cases. But you really have to be blind to think that this is what the premium version of what I ordered should look like. It looks like a dumbed down version way below the basic, and there are even flowers with many petals missing! As I am on the other side of the world and traveling, I had no way of calling them at my convenience, so wrote them an email at the address they had buried in their website. Bounced back !! Apparently the bad google and yelp reviews have not done them any good, we should take them to the better business bureau."

"My husband sent me my valentines arrangement today, we prefer a day or 2 earlier in case some of the flowers aren't fully bussed and to avoid cancellations from the florist during the vday rush. Anyway overall the arrangement looks fine but slot of the roses are wilted or damaged. I hope he didn't pay too much for it because it seems like poor quality flowers, I'm happy I received flowers just sad they're not great. I would NOT recommend this place."
