"Due to an eye diagnosis, I have some anxiety with the annual exams. Dr. Boland is so understanding and compassionate and put me at ease as soon as he entered the room. I also learned about vsp premier options and attended the trunk sale and got a great price. But Dr Boland is the main reason for my satisfaction. He tends to my nervousness as much as my eyesight. He is also patient during the exam as I struggle with the differences in the view machinery. I can't thank him enough. Please pass my thanks on to him."

"Everything was great and the only issue I have is that I have to register myself on those kiosks. I was next to an elderly couple trying to register themselves and it was quite an ordeal. For me being handicapped with my hands it took me just as long to register myself. To me that is not an example of customer service and truly displays the willingness companies will go to apparently cut costs and put the burden on the patients. Other than that I love Northeast Eye."

"Will not be going back to this place I had a great experience at first but now I can’t get a hold of anyone the people at the front desk refuse to help. I’ve called other offices and they’re very nice about the situation. I spent $400 here on glasses they told me 10 days it’s been three weeks. I am a very understanding person but I’m trying to get answers and no one will give them to me. I’ve left voicemails I don’t get a call back. If I call the front office they don’t even listen to what I’m trying to say they just immediately transfer me when I’m not even done talking. Other offices have been great about the situation but I do not recommend purchasing glasses from here"
