"I only put one star because that’s the only way I’m able to leave a review. This is the worst experience I’veever had ordering flowers. We ordered what looked like a beauty arrangement of yellow roses in a vase online. It was for our co worker who is retiring. We received some dry looking pinkish roses with the some little flowers, maybe sweetpeas attached that are not even bloomed. The arrangement looks pathetic. It’s embarrassing that this is what we have to give her. To add insult to injury when we attempted to call the business, an operator comes on the line saying we can help you locate another business because this is not a working number. I will never use the this location again. Please do better. We could have gone to a grocery store and brought much better flowers."

"Got an arrangement yesterday - really fresh and delicious. Bob, the delivery person, kept updating me with his ETA so we could be sure the package didn’t sit on the porch in the hot weather. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Great communication! Would definitely recommend based on my first experience!"

"DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I think the good reviews is from family. I placed an order with them and they called back stating they were not able to deliver. Which I understood and had no problems with, and they would try again the next day. The next day no phone call and no delivery. The second day still no contact and no delivery. The third day no contact and no delivery. I had to call corporate and ask for help. They tried getting in contact with the store and was unsuccessful as well. I’m currently still waiting because corporate said I have to wait another 48hrs before they can do anything. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!"

"I placed an order for my sister's birthday a few days before the big day (ensuring that EA had plenty of time to make the order) and come to find out, THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED even though I received a "delivery confirmation"! I called the location at 8am the next day to discuss this with them and I was told they needed to speak to the driver before anything was done. REALLY?? I was sure they would send out another arrangement right then and there and THEN talk to the driver later. Nope. Didn't happen. So much for customer service. I live in New England so I put my trust in this location not having ordered from them before. Never again!! So disappointed. They never called me back...I had to call them."
