"My main tax preparer Jacqueline Elliott hasn't been fully responsive( only had communication with her 3 times [3/11/22, 3/12/22, 3/24/22] and the rest, she was out of the office for personal reasons and her apparently having covid sickness) and her mom, another preparer, Felicia Williams was condensing, unprofessional, and very short with any help I needed today. I'd never come back. They need customer service and professional etiquette classes. Elliott was nice, just out of the office with limited acces to her and I had to hunt her down with all 3 of her locations she works at. Williams is the worst "professional". She acted as if I got on her nerves or was bothering her about my taxes where I barely got any updates! She even told me as I decided not to proceed with their services due to high fee payment, "let me take you out my system right now. Have a good day"."
