"We moved to Maryland in 2010 and needed someone to prepare our taxes. We decided to go to H&R Block closet to our home. We received service from a tax preparer that has since retired. To be truthful, the last 5 years I have not been 100 percent happy about the individual who has processed our taxes. Today, my husband and I went back to H&R Block in Forestville, MD. Our tax preparer was Mrs. Regina Renfrow-Jones. Oh My Goodness! Mrs. Renfrow-Jones was heaven sent, she was truly a gift for God above. She loves whst she does (helping people) and she damn good at it. She wss professional yet personable, considerate, understanding, fipocusec and she strived to do the her very best and she that. We were so nervous going in but she made it worth while and we were able to laugh during the process. Hats off to you Regina, you are TRULY amazing and the best at what you do. We are staying with you."
