"I ordered a spray for my husband's funeral, also an urn wreath. For the price I was very disappointed. We discussed particular flowers, white roses, white Lilies. I was told 2 days before the funeral that she had acquired the Lilies and roses. The standing spray had no lilies, no roses. A few sparse white carnations. A couple of purple flowers. Lots of sparse bare greenery holes. The worst part...I asked for ribbons that read Husband, Dad & Granddad. A thin ribbon that had those words written on the ribbon with a sharpie marker. (Looked so tacky) The urn wreath wasn't as bad but again no flowers we had discussed. Not a time I needed to be so disappointed and embarrassed like this. I will take my flower needs elsewhere. I'm not that hard to please but this wasn't good at all. Other sprays and arrangements sent by others put the one I ordered to shame. I called to inform her and all I got was " I'm sorry you were disappointed" Over & over " I'm sure it had to be a bad day for you" REALLY !?!"

"Ordering process was easy. Flowers were delivered as arranged. The flowers were chosen specifically to avoid allergies and the florist did just that. Will use them again!"
