I still remember walking into the reception and being horrified at how they destroyed my cake. To this day, I avoid looking at any of my wedding pictures with the cake. Attention to details matter!"

"Awful. Through a third party service from a funeral home, we ended up with this florist fulfilling our flower order. The "arrangement" looked nothing like what we ordered, except that the flowers were the same color. I didn't care if the arrangement was different from what I ordered, however what they delivered should at least have been comparable. So disappointing and disrespectful, I wish we had picked up something ourselves and brought it with us instead."
