"Promise to have my rose teddy bear ready within a week… keep calling for an update and they kept changing the day that it was supposed to be ready…took longer than that… finally got it and when I look it at it, it looks like it was made out of plastic, it doesn’t look like it was made with real eternal roses like the lady described. Will definitely ask for refund, if not, will definitely not recommend to anyone trying to surprise their loved one."
