"I have been a loyal customer for 20 years of this location and have never been unhappy with any purchase. This year was definitely an extreme let down with some of my plants and after coming in hoping to get them replaced, again never having tried to get replacement plants in 20yrs, to be told to either wait months....when you won't have anything left or to wait until next year completely, I find extremely disappointing especially when i also intended to get additional plants for my new plant stand i got just yesterday. So I will find another business to give my support and loyalty to from now on."
