"2nd time posting. My daughter moved here from Alabama 6 years ago to attend school. My husband and I sent her flowers her first month to comfort ourselves & love on her. I chose randomly but called to explain my angst at having a child so far away. The owner was priceless. The bouquet she made was exceeded only by her follow up to ensure we were pleased. We’ve used no one else, and we’ve sent flowers for every single occasion. As she graduates with her Master’s, we called to get an arm bouquet. It was exquisite! And, the owner’s son personally delivered it with their congratulations. We were stopped continuously by strangers remarking on their beauty. Our special day was made more so by these flowers and the florists. The only thing Ididnt have was business cards to share this incredible shop with others who inquired. This is our florist!!"

"I order flowers to be delivered for mother's day and the flowers never got delivered. Never contacted to say the flowers was delivered or not. After calling so many time the flowers to ask if it was delivered and they said it was but didn't not recieve no flowers because if they did I would recieve i would of recieve message.."

"They canceled my order out of the blue the night before Mother’s Day. I thought it was a mistake and emailed them to clarify. Got a one word reply saying “cancelled”. If they are unable to deliver then they should not have accepted my order, or at the least offer an explanation and apologize for the inconvenience. This was my first and only time ever using them. Completely unprofessional and I’m not sure how they are operating a business."
