"I waited almost two hours after I had a scheduled appointment for a 15 minute consultation. The consultation was going to be simple but it seems appointments set on the HR Block website aren’t respected and the fact that the staff told me they can’t even answer the phones or respond to messages after the receptionist leaves. In the two hour block I sat in the waiting room, the phone rang about thirty times and no one answered. No wonder my phone call to confirm my appointment was never answered. I had scheduled a phone call but decided to go in to confirm my appointment and instead of receiving a phone call at 7pm, I ended having to wait in the lobby to have a fifteen minute in person consultation that never happened. Very disappointing experience, appointments should be honored as they exist to respect both parties time. Skip going to this corporate conglomerate and stick with your local tax business. Thanks!
