"Hugh was rude hung up on me he is not responsive . I’ve tried calling emailing and all other forms of communication to no avail. I sent my W2s along with other files over a year ago including money orders and he neglected to file my taxes nor will he send my original paperwork back to me . It is a simple request return what is owed to me . I would never recommend them to friends or family ."

"My experience with Hugh Blocker was a huge disappointment. He made errors completing Federal documents, and he never got my taxes done although he promised day after day to do so, saying he would call "tomorrow" when they were ready. I never did get that call. I was required to find another accountant who was willing to file an extension and get those taxes done. Even picking up documents originally given to Hugh was a nightmare -- they weren't ready either, and after dealing with someone who wasn't exactly pleasant, I had to go back a second time to get the documents."
