"Bad. The guy that prepared our taxes was late to the first appointment of the day. Our state taxes were done incorrectly. Went home, did research, proved the mistake, and the guy acted like he was doing us a favor by fixing it. Even though the HR Block guarantee claims that they'll waive fees if they make mistakes, he claimed that since we found the mistake we weren't eligible. This gentleman was the manager."
