"Every time I try to order from this place and give them another chance the service is progressively worse. They were extremely rude to me saying that my mother would complain if the flowers were out in the cold even though I explained she was working and i’m not going to punish her to rush home to receive a simple bouquet. She proceeded to be 3 hours late for delivery- I never received confirmation or payment receipt. Oh, and they saved someone else’s number and not my own when I had to call and follow up 4 times throughout the day. The most simple thing ended up taking up such a large portion of my day and night. Go to any other florist and save yourself the money. (The flowers are beautiful and owner is kind but her staff are extremely obnoxious)"

"Beautiful selection and cute store. The shop attendant was sweet even though she didn't have what I was looking for (flowers for my uncle's grave in Arlington). Would definitely go back for more elegant arrangements."

"They were very nice, but I received low quality flowers and not what I ordered, then they didn't put enough water in them and one died the next morning. 5 days later they were brown as brown gets (day lillies). I asked for some type of partial refund or credit, but was met with no compromise. It's a shame as they are convenient and our company and I personally buy flowers on the regular. I ordered day lillies, they gave me mini day lillies. over 120 dollars for 8 mini day lillies. You can give that a google and see that's not market prices. I can provide timestamped pictures/receipts if anyone is interested."
