"The tax accountants are very nice and pleasant to work with; however, they are not competent in many respects. They did not understand how to process a back door ROTH IRA, they did not understand the differences between MFS/MFJ for student loan repayment purposes, and did not know how to process a tax loss harvest to maximize tax returns. I ultimately filed my taxes on my own despite paying for the tax preparation service."

"The best I can say about this place is they filed my taxes on time. They did not file my taxes *correctly*, and state refunds they didn’t claim have been trickling in as the filings are processed and corrected; they didn’t keep track of basic things, called at odd hours with repeat questions, and talked over me. If you just need to submit *something* for taxes, I guess they’re adequate. But considering the price, manners, and skill level, I can’t imagine trying this place again"

"Larry Strauss was rude and unprofessional and I would like someone from corporate to contact me about this matter. The fact that I heard his entire conversation bad mouthing my husband over the phone with Ms. Gracie is ridiculous. And the excuse o got was “that’s how he is” NO you are supposed to provide exceptional or even good customer service when working. Trying to keep composure I simply left the establishment and took my taxes elsewhere and they not only were understanding but didn’t try to make my husband seem like a “fool” for making an honest mistake."
