"I was here last tax season and worked with someone who seemed extremely confused when he was trying to do our taxes. It was so bad that we are still getting letters from the IRS asking for documents that we already gave to the HR Block "specialist" during our appointment. For the amount they charged, I was hoping for something better than subpar service."
