"lol scheduled an appointment to get some help with my taxes - just got a voicemail from Ray Gerard (I think) saying that I have an appointment but his schedule is …full… so I should call him to coordinate?? Thought that’s what I did when I scheduled? I don’t think I want people doing my taxes that don’t know how to work a calendar. I called back to see if there was a misunderstanding, but of course after being on hold for what seemed like 10 mins no one answered. Yikes."

"Always good. Ray is very fast and professional. He will email you consistently if something is not correct. Ray took care of me and he will do the same for you!"

"Worst experience! Abdullah Dehlavi delayed filing my taxes till after the deadline and provided incorrect information. Now I owe the government a lot of money and a 5% penalty. He had several days to realize his mistake and let me know but he didnt."

"Sketchy and dishonest. One of my worst customer service experiences ever! My first experience with Ray Girouard will be my last. Ray quoted me $350 to file my taxes. I had all my forms and info together on my first visit. I emailed and talked to Ray numerous times. When I went in to pay, surprise! The price had doubled. The manager was rude, Ray was even ruder, the general manager reduced the fee a bit then wouldn't return my calls. I still haven't filed my taxes. When I called for an appointment to go in and sign, Ray told the receptionist to tell me to file online. He has no availability. This office deserves less than 1 star. They are not professional. This practice (reviews say it's happened to others) is unethical."
