"TLG has been doing my taxes for years. This year I provided all my information well before the deadline. April 14 I still hadn't heard anything from them so I called to find out what was going on. I was told my return was pending and to contact a specific employee. Turns out that employee was no longer with the company and no one is completing my return. It's April 15 and TLG has all my documentation, so I can't file my return myself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

"Waited until the last minute to file my taxes. Provided all the necessary paperwork a month in advance. I have payed for CPAs in the past in this is by far the least diligent I’ve ever experienced. If you want to find out how much you owe/are returned the day before it’s due then go with these folks. Emailed the entire company and they have yet to provide a response. Black hole of a tax entity."
