"I would not recommend them. It has been a struggle working with this office from the beginning — my first appointment was rescheduled. Then I heard nothing from my accountant for weeks until I emailed her asking for an update (about a week before tax day). They prepped my invoice on the Friday before tax day. I was traveling and wasn't able to log in to their system for a couple days. When I tried to identify myself to sign my returns, turns out they had my social security number wrong. We had to redo the signing process. Communication was confusing and lacking (for example, no one informed me that there are two different ways to sign. I would just receive different emails). Someone forgot to "turn off" the first signing option after sending me the second option, so I kept receiving emails bugging me to sign. Even the most basic things seem to be a struggle. I do not plan using their services again — the whole point of using an accountant is to make tax preparation stress-free!"
