"Very Expensive!!! Late getting returns done in time, Under staffed and blames customer when returns are delivered in a timely bases. Michael Cohen in particular was unpleasant and blamed everyone but himself for company being understaffed and getting returns completed late. they charge $350 per hour plus $150 for any phone calls - Extremely expensive!!! i feel that they took advantage of a senior by over charging. I would not recommend their services ."
