"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I will NOT be going back. This old navy has the worst management I’ve ever seen in my life and the employees are EXTREMELY rude when help is needed or at checkout. You would think this store would hold themselves a little better being that they’re one of the only stores left in that shopping center but it seems like absolutely no one at this job cares that they are at risk of being out of a job since nobody wants to shop at this store"

"DISGUSTED! at the fact they had ponies, Little Mermaid, Barbie and MANY girly characters and themes in the 0-5t boy section?!?!? Worst part is the fact that these items were at knee and waist level. Meanwhile, the Spider-Man was on the top shelf.. 6ft up...Why does my little boy have to tell me, " look Daddy, why do they have girl shirts on the boys side?". Of course I say " someone made a mistake". But I didn't see any spider man or superhero on the girls side? THE MADNESS AND Grooming needs to STOP!! I HAVE VIDEO N PICS."

"Sanai, the store associate, was busy fixing clothing yet had time to reach out asking if I needed any help. Each time, she was able to step in and offer suggestions with color or size. Pleasant and engaging while sharing her information. Overall, the store was neat and tidy with the associates involved in arranging displays and organizing merchandise. Checkout was fast."

"Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I called looking for a specific pair of jeans, not only did they check for me, but found them, put them aside for me, and helped me when I got there to find whatever else I needed without me even asking. The young lady helping me was so pleasant. She smiled and joked with me making my experience a 10/10."
