"I've been going here for the better part of 8 years as of this review. This is the best gym in the Greensburg area. It's well equipped. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. If you find yourself here, you'll discover a like-minded crowd (none of that public gym vibe you get at planet fitness and LA fitness). As a bonus, there are a variety of recovery services as well as a well stocked supplement shop. Whether you're passing through for a drop in or shopping around for a change of scenery for your workouts, you won't do better than this one stop shop for recreational athletes and fitness enthusiasts."

"Personal care from extremely knowledgeable staff. I came to Virtus Barbell wanting to regain my confidence, strength and balance to walk again. My trainer Nicole had done this before for senior citizens and athletes. She understands the pitfalls for a person who either stumbles through walking awkwardly or relying on a cane or walking stick. She uses that knowledge to assess, then lead you to progress by working the full body to increase the strength needed to achieve the goal. I am starting to walk tall and confident again. "I've been coming to virtus 4-5 days a week for about a month now. It is a fantastic gym and gets me motivated to come in morning. They have a great selection of equipment and a lot of equipment you want see at other gyms. It's a great crowd of people that come. It can get busy in the afternoon and evenings, but with the 24/7 access I get with the membership I can come in early in the morning when it's chill and focus on my workout. I would highly recommend getting a membership and supporting an awesome local business."
