"On Feb 12th 2021 me and my daughter walk in hr block at erdman plaza. As me and her was waiting to be seen the receptionist suggested to leave the taxes there and they would be completed by 4pm. She gave us a business card with ms Davis name on it to email any further information which my daughter email but they had wrong email address on business card which I still have... god knows where that information went that she email all personal.... on feb 14th the taxes are still not done today's is the 15th I have to go pick up taxes which I should've pick up yesterday but was tired.and go try and do myself on turbotax. Very unprofessional people"
