The order taker listened to my needs, offered the best options at a moderate pace and polite disposition The next day I called to inquiry about delivery time frame. Unfortunately tracking the eta waa not available. The product arrived before dark and in Great condition! The chocolate did not sweat and the fruit was ripe ."

"Their idea of delivery is dumping the items on the front porch, and not even ringing the doorbell, or notifying anyone that it's there. By the time you get your basket, it's an unrecognizable hot, melted mess worthy of the trash heap! Save your time, and money, and get your loved ones a gift card instead!"

"My experience with this location was bad if I could leave no stars I would. I’m not sure if they think because you cover the strawberries with chocolate you can’t tell they’re bad. I’ve ordered 2 boxes of white chocolate strawberries that were rotten, majority of the strawberries were rotten. Even the replacement ones that weren’t delivered by the refrigeratored truck but someones personal vehicle, in the winter time so you know they had the heat on, the store sent were bad. I called corporate to get my full refund you can’t represent a brand that specializes in fresh fruit and don’t send fresh fruit.This location makes the edible arrangements company look bad. The person that delivered the fruit has the pictures as well so he can tell me if this is considered fresh and acceptable."

"I placed an order on Jan. 3rd of fruit platter and flowers for our 4th wedding anniversary in which they charged me $59.21. Was supposed to picked up order January 16th, but got a call on the 15th stating that due to shortage of employees could they deliver only to receive the fruit platter and no flowers. Got the run around between the 2 stores saying I ordered only the platter. I'm very disappointed with Edible arrangements, will never order online again with you all. You just lost a loyal customer."

"Do you value helpful employees, quality performance and attention to detail? If so, choose another establishment. I placed an order for same day service before noon. The order arrived shortly before 8:30 pm and the fruit inside of the arrangement was mushy. After voicing my dismay for the order time, I was only left a message reminding me that no order time could be guaranteed for same day service and the driver stated that the order arrived two to three hours before the actual arrival. When I corrected the representative about the time, I was only told "I'm texting my driver now". No apology for the order time or obvious lies. Trust the reviews. The people within this establishment have very little regard for consistency or quality. You would be better served saving your money and patronizing another establishment."
