"We went there for a 11am appointment on Friday and the door was locked. Customer Service confirmed our appointment and the confirmation text I received but there was nothing they could do to help us. Needless to say we are very upset about this situation and I found out they are only open on Tuesday but online they offer all week appointments. We can't go tomorrow so I don't know what we will do, the reason we were going there is a problem they are responsible for and we need them to take care of it not anyone else."

"This location is horrible! Front desk receptionists (all of them) Denise to be exact have horrible attitudes. She was very argumentative and would not leave me alone while I waited. Always says they are completely booked and need rescheduling but the tax preparers are walking around and don’t look busy to say the least. Sitting there all I heard was them gossiping and Denise was whispering about how rude I was after I asked her several times to stop talking to me. Then I show up for my appointment and my tax preparer is late. Denise calls the tax preparer tells him I am upset and rude all while I can hear the conversation. I HIGHLY recommend not using this location."

"This was a horrible experience. First, they had to reschedule my appointment several times due to overbooking. When I arrived with my wife, their computer systems were down. We sat there for nearly 30 minutes as an elderly woman fumbled with a computer for several minutes, all the while insulting the company software. I should have left at this point. However, we were polite and stayed. As my documents were prepared, I had to correct the preparer several times. If I wasn't there, several things would have been incorrect as she was just going through the motions. Nearly 5 minutes in she rather bluntly told me I was filing in the worst way possible. I had to repeat very basic things several times over and over. I was never quoted the fee until the very end when it was too late. She informed me that because of one additional form, the cost would increase from $150 to $392. Nearly $400 for one simple tax return. I tried to dispute it, they gave me the card of a manager. No answer-shocker.The lady at the front was very understanding-but even she told me that she doesn't do her taxes with HR block. Their own representative told me to use a private firm next time. I will never use this company again. I feel like I was genuinely scammed. I understand paying the $150 but $392 for literally zero extra is a ridiculous business practice."
