"I try to buy from local/small businesses as much as I can, so yesterday I skipped going to a big box store to pick up some flowers for a friend, and decided to try Raimondi's. When I got there I saw people were there to pick up their Valentine's day orders but there was no shortage of flowers in the shop! The staff member that helped me at the register 1) gave me recommendations for how to keep the flowers beautiful as long as possible and 2) asked me if the flowers were for Valentine's Day or some other occasion. I can't emphasize enough how much this stood out to me, the day before Valentine's Day! It can be an easy thing to assume, so slapping some pink paper on it and getting the customer out the door wouldnt be unexpected, but that was not what I would've wanted. And I'm not the type who really would've said anything. But instead of pink or red wrapping, the wrapping and ribbon were blue and gold and looked BEAUTIFUL with the flowers. Of course the recipient was also pleased! I can't remember what they're called for the life of me, but I've attached a picture for reference. Go there! Poke around! You'll be able to find the classics, but you may also find something new!"
