I got my dress at David’s bridal but I didn’t like the customer service, they altered my dress for me and even let me keep it there until my wedding day. They were so great and friendly. "I bought my wedding dress and had it altered at Suzanne’s. It was beautiful! The owner Heidi worked with me through multiple appointments to get it just right. They were flexible when I was sick and had to reschedule a fitting. They also provided suits for groomspeople and worked with us to get them shipped all over the country. When a few suits were too large, they rushed to get the groomspeople the proper sizes in time for the wedding. They also provided and fitted my husband’s tux, which looked wonderful. I’d trust them with any of my clothing!"

"I needed a second, much cheaper, off-the-rack dress for our choreographed first dance. (My main dress was a full ballgown style which would not allow the freedom of movement necessary.) I went to Suzanne’s for their 4th of July sale and found the perfect dance dress. I had the off shoulder straps converted to regular straps and had alterations to make the dress fit. The alterations process was a little bumpy (bra cups were added after pinning for the first fitting which made the dress initially too small) and I could tell at times the seamstress was stressed (very busy). However, at the end of the day, the dress fit absolutely perfect and it was amazing for our dance. It even saved the day because my main dress ended up being too large to dance in at all, so I wore the Suzanne’s dress for the rest of the night! Photos by Nicole Barr Photography."

"I had a last minute alteration I need to get done for a wedding I was in. I called multiple Shoppes and Suzanne‘s was the only one I could get into. They made you feel at home not rushed and made sure everything was perfect.I breast-feed my two-month-old and I was very concerned about not being able to feed my son during the wedding in this dress. She said don’t worry I will take care of it and she did. I was able to feed my little one in comfort and not worry about the dress falling off ha ha. I will recommend Suzanne‘s to everyone I know."
