"I purchased flowers for my grandmother's viewing and funeral over the weekend. When I placed the order, I requested anything purple and please do not make it easter-y. What I received was a pure white easter lily bouquet. My grandmother's favorite color was purple, and I wanted her to have beautiful flowers in her favorite color for her funeral. I was devastated. Probably the most important bouquet of flowers I have ever purchased and it was a disaster with regards to customer service. PS: You also spelled my name wrong on the card."
