"Had 10 am appt by phone. NO CALL from them. Called them at 12:30 promised call. Nope! Glad I am not using them. Off to Jackson Hewitt. Do not use this company!"

"The tax preparation was just ok (not good or bad). However, this particular office was quite unprofessional. It really does smell like cigarette smoke. Wait times were quite long (20 minutes after my scheduled appointments). Some employees were arguing (almost fighting) with each other, which mostly seemed to be the fault of one person. Not sure I'll come back next year."

"My experience at the Fort Ave h&r block was amazing. Mr. Do'marcus greeted us as soon as we walked in and was super helpful on how to get us situated (we were walk ins). Cheryl was the awesome professional that did my taxes was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for someone to do your taxes! Everyone in this office was a pleasure to work with!"

"Courtney studivant, at the 891 E Fort ave location filed my taxes but it didnt go threw because of the mistake she made not finilazing and actually sending it. So because of this it delayed my tax refund. And nothing was done about it. I even talked to the manager penelope and explained to her what happened and she said she would handle it and never gave me a call back to resolve this issue. Every time i called she was never available. And not one time did she apologize about the fact. I would never come here to file my taxes again! Worse service i ever had and would not recommend this to anyone."

"Worst experience ever! First of all, it took them very long to find me in their system even though I had an appointment that I scheduled with them over the phone on Monday. I also have filed taxes there since 2008 so I can’t imagine why was so hard to find my record. When they finally found me nobody was ready for me. There were 2 ladies discussing why the system allowed my being scheduled. They should know that everything they discussed at the reception can be heard from clients sitting there. No sense of perception. I said I could reschedule since I clearly noticed something was going on. But they said I would be seen shortly. Later, They offered me to get started with someone to then continue with the person I had the appointment set with. Another problem is that the person who was going to start with me clearly had no much experience or confidence on her preparing my taxes. I left with no taxes done. Complete waist of my time! There is more into the whole bad experience but I am getting frustrated as I am typing so I will leave it here. My recommendation: don’t use that location. I am actually going to now use their competidor."
