"I would give zero stars if I could. I went to the highland town location yesterday around noon. Not 1 customer in that place. When I went in, I was greeted by some guy behind his cubicle. Ask me if he could help me. I said I was there to file my taxes. He said, "Do you have an appointment. I said no. He said well we're busy today. We have appointments on the hour every hour. Like I said earlier, not 1 customer in there. How we're they busy?? And by the way, they offer walk ins. Bad customer service. He didn't even offer to make me an appointment. Don't waste your time going to this place. I even tried calling before I went but the phone was busy. So I took my business some where else. Save yourself time. Don't go here."

"I highly sugguest not coming here you will set up a appointment they will chage the time to inconveniences you then be like you not on the schedule i will go out my way to get what i need. For now on am going to a diffient taxe company i most likly wouldnt be so upset if this wasnt the third time in the last week.. My matter would have been small but now here we are. Be blessed. And am trying my best to upload the proof"

"Don't even bother walking in the door. They don't stand behind their mistakes or explain anything to you. They are only interested in charging you a great deal of money for terrible service. Dave is probably the worst person I've ever dealt with for anything. Everything is a joke to him and he talks down to his customers."

"Do Not Go Here. After waiting a half hour past my scheduled time, I was the last appointment of the day. When came time to pay what I owed, I couldn't find my routing number online. That is when my tax associate googled what the standard number would be for that bank. Also watched her Google other answers as well. Thanks to her, my routing number is wrong, my payment absolutely cannot go through, HR block provided me no assistance for THEIR mistake, I've already been charged late fees by the IRS, I've been on hold for the last two hours to correct THEIR MISTAKE, and the only thing I HAVE received is Stress and Anxiety. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME HERE, go somewhere else where they actually care about you and doing your taxes correctly."
