"No stars if I could I simply had a question about taxes and quoted the IRS and that made her fly off handles telling me she been doing this ishhh for 20 years … if you don’t have the mental or emotional capacity to give and explanation you shouldn’t do taxes maybe time to retire…. They messed my taxes up but since they are know it alls will not fix it thank goodness H&R Block sees my issues and willing to help and to corporate don’t reply to this review, giving me directions on who to contact you have the bad reviews on here you have all the information needed to fix it"

"I was here for 3hrs and all the lady said to me in the end was make.sure you don't give us a bad review because you don't feel good. One how I'm feeling has nothing to do with the 3hrs wait, and the bad customer service. Two if you would have liked a good review it would have been better to say sorry for having here so long knowing you don't feel well. Customer service goes a long way. So my review for this location is that they are very slow there is only one there that looks like she is very knowledgeable about what she's doing. And if you're going to have a water fountain for you customer at least put some.water in it thanks"
