"Excellent experience from beginning to end. These guys are great to work with and super knowledgeable. I've had two trees planted by them. Everything has been great."
"Rude, condescending & dishonest. You will get better plants, better prices & better service almost anywhere else, even a big box store. Do not recommend."
"Sean was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He took great time and care to help us find the right plant for our specific needs. Sean answered all our questions and provided useful insight into how to take care of hydrangeas, azaleas, and rhododendrons. Sean is one of the reasons we will be coming back to Stadler Nursery."
"I love the care this place puts in for you and your plant. They thank you and offer suggestions for your type of plant. -The kid I love that they have native plants that are good for the pollinators. -The mom They have a wonderful warranty policy for their plants and have always friendly staff. -The dad Our whole family agrees."
"Stadler planted two 2.5” Shademaster Honeylocust’s gifted to us my mother in my backyard in late Fall of 2020. They each cost hundreds of dollars. The trees seemed okay into early Fall 2021. But one, evidently, died between late Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. The base warranty is 1 year. When we noticed one of the trees seemed to have died in March 2022, we contacted the nursery. The end result after email correspondence and a visit to the nursery to get an actual response from a manager, was free tree removal of the dead tree. The manager never even asked to see a photo of the trees (does this happen that often). If I called them in the Fall to report the leaves had fallen off the tree, I would have been told that’s normal as there is no way to know if a tree has died in late Fall or Winter. Ultimately my mother paid hundreds of dollars and I paid an immeasurable amount to water the trees just to have a tree sit in my yard for one year then have it removed. Which makes no sense and is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Buyer BEWARE!"
